These are open level classes that are suitable for everyone. They incorporate standing and seated poses, gentle sun salutations, meditation and deep relaxation.
We focus on building a strong foundation with breath awareness and physical alignment. Each class combines strength, flexibility, mindfulness and breathing techniques resulting in a calm, centred and energised state of mind and body.

Private yoga classes start with an initial consultation where you receive a full assessment. You have the opportunity to discuss with me your specific needs, inform me of any injuries or concerns and share any other information that will help design your class.

Prior to each class I brief you on the format and structure of the class. Each class is tailored to meet your needs and goals. Classes include a variety of yogic tools like breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation, deep relaxation as well as alignment and technique. Private classes are a great way to meet your specific needs in a safe and comfortable environment.
Corporate Classes
Corporate yoga classes are extremely popular. More and more corporations are recognising the benefits of yoga on the physical and mental well - being of their employees.

For corporate clients who spend a significant amount of time at a desk, I offer stretches on a chair as well as traditional mat classes which include asanas (postures), breathing techniques, meditation and deep relaxation. Yoga helps alleviate postural imbalances and boosts energy levels. Just a few rounds of pranayama (breathing techniques) helps shift the state of mind resulting in stillness, clarity and focus.
Classes are offered as a one off or on an ongoing basis.
