Shivflow Yoga offers holistic practices based on ancient yogic wisdom to restore and heal the mind, body, spirit. Classes are safe and accessible, yet energising building strength, flexibility and creating stillness, clarity and focus.
MY VISION
I hope that through my classes I can share my experience of yoga as being a powerful tool for self-healing. I believe that self-healing and self-care are the basis for healing all our relationships. Once we heal ourselves, we are able to bring our attention towards others and support in their healing.
For most of us yoga is a physical practice that brings strength and flexibility to our bodies. Physical practice is an integral part of yoga. We have a physical body and it requires care. However, yoga is a complete system that enhances our human potential. Yoga optimises the body, enhances the breath and reprograms the mind. We use body, breath and mind as portals to tap into deeper states of stillness and harmony. By refining our systems we return to our True Self, Atma, the part of us that radiates unconditional love.
I offer holistic yoga practices for the mind, body and Spirit. We learn to move at a steady and safe pace, while building intensity for detoxification. The combination of conscious breath and mindful movements generates a cleansing heat that purifies our systems. With consistent practice, the presence we cultivate on the mat becomes a part of our lives. As we continue to refine our systems, we start tapping into our intuitive mind resulting in deep stillness, clarity and focus. It changes how we live our lives and allows us to deal with our life's experiences with much more ease and grace.

My intention is to have long-term relationship with students. It allows me to better understand their requirements and offer them more personalised practices. In my ongoing classes and courses, many students have been practicing with me for a number of years. My own journey of self-healing through yoga allows me to hold space for students.
